Located at 5 Woodfield Shopping Center, the mall is an easy drive from any part of the city, located off of I-90 and either the Illinois 53 or the Illinois 72 exits. The Woodfield Mall’s hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The mall is open from 7:00 AM to closing time for mall walkers. Holiday hours may vary.
Woodfield Mall has three levels, and houses the popular anchor department stores Nordstrom, JCPenney, Marshall Fields, Sears and Lord and Taylor.
Besides the well known anchor department stores, Woodfield Mall houses 8 Arts, Crafts and Hobby stores, 13 athletic wear stores, 26 health and beauty stores, 2 book stores and 3 card and stationary stores. Among their other attractions are a variety of stores that specialize in children’s fashion, electronics, entertainment, pets, house and home, jewelry, luggage, leather, men’s fashion, women’s fashion, sporting goods, toys, shoes, and specialties and gifts. It would be difficult to not find what you were looking for at this mall.
For dining, Woodfield Mall has plenty to offer. From the standard fast-food favorites like McDonalds and A & W to the popular restaurants The Cheesecake Factory and Rainforest Café, Woodfield Mall gives shoppers 16 places to choose from when hunger strikes.
